Transcona Memorial United Church has a presence within the church complex, our neighbourhood community, and the world at large. Most of the things that go on within the wonderful, well equipped church complex are directly church sponsored; but for some we are the host that provides the facilities.

We are a busy congregation who seeks to follow God's leading in the community. We strive to live out our share of Christ's ministry in all we say and do.
If you are interested in renting our facilities, here's some information:
Our Board Room seats 30 around the table (includes use of one coffee maker). Rate: $30.00 per hour up to a maximum of $120.00 per day.
Knox Lounge seats 20 in a relaxed couch and chairs setting (included use of one coffee maker). Rate: $30.00 per hour up to a maximum of $120.00 per day.
Our church Sanctuary seats 220 people for recitals (grand piano). Rates: $50.00 per hour up to a maximum of $150.00 per day.
Yale Hall seats 200 people with adjoining kitchen. Rates: $150.00 per event.
Suthwyn Hall seats 80 people with adjoining kitchen. Rates: $150.00 per event.
Sanctuary, one Hall and Kitchen OR two Halls and Kitchen Rate: $250.00 per event.
Children's birthday party Rate: $20.00 per hour (one Hall and Kitchen)
Piano practice time for exams or recitals Rate: $20.00 per hour.
Note - a fee of $50.00 will be charged for setup the night before the actual hall rental if the facility is available for setup, otherwise, 2 hours is allowed for setup immediately prior to the event.
Facility Fee - $150.00
Administration - $50.00
Ministers - $150.00
Organist - $125.00
Wedding Assistant - $50.00 Total: $525.00
On a donation basis for use of TMUC facilities and honorarium to the attending minister. United Church Women reception fees: $3.00 - $6.00 per person for beverage / light lunch.
